Job Description

• Market credit products to prospective debtors.

• Analyze and ensure prospective debtors align with the target market and are eligible for further processing.

• Prepare Credit Proposals.

• Process credit applications in accordance with established policies and SLAs.

• Manage existing debtors and develop referrals from current customers.

• Evaluate debtor quality (credit portfolio, business condition, and collateral), including monitoring aging of arrears.

• Conduct collection activities (desk collection and field visits) for credit installments.

• Prepare and implement Follow-Up Plans for problematic debtors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in SME or commercial banking marketing.

• Have a wide professional network.

• Strong communication skills.

• High initiative, strong analytical skills, persuasive, and target-driven.
