Job Description :
Market credit products to prospective debtors.
Analyze and ensure prospective debtors align with the target market and are eligible for further processing.
Prepare Credit Proposals.
Process credit applications in accordance with established policies and SLAs.
Manage existing debtors and develop referrals from current customers.
Evaluate debtor quality (credit portfolio, business condition, and collateral), including monitoring the aging of arrears.
Conduct collection activities (desk collections and field visits) for credit installments.
Prepare and implement Follow-Up Plans for problematic debtors.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in SME or commercial banking marketing.
Have a wide professional network.
Strong communication skills.
High initiative, strong analytical skills, persuasive, and target-driven.
Work Location : Pontianak / Siantan
