• Analyze and ensure prospective debtors align with the target market and can be processed further.

• Create Credit Proposals.

• Process credit applications in accordance with established corridors and SLAs.

• Manage existing debtors and develop referrals from existing debtors.

• Evaluate debtor quality conditions (credit portfolio, business, collateral), including monitoring overdue arrears.

• Carry out billing (desk collections and visits) for credit installments.

• Create and carry out Follow-Up Plans for problematic debtors.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 graduate from various disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Team Leader in the SME or commercial banking marketing sector.

• Have a wide network.

• Good communication skills.

• High initiative, strong analytical power, persuasive and tenacious (target-driven).
