Job Descriptions

  • Supervise and coordinate the appraisal team in conducting property surveys (houses, land, shop-houses, etc.) for collateral purposes.

  • Review and validate appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

  • Provide guidance, training, and technical support to appraisal staff.

  • Monitor work schedules, survey progress, and report submission timelines.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Credit Analysts, Reviewers, Relationship Managers) and external parties (customers, KJPP) to ensure smooth appraisal processes.

  • Develop and implement improvements in appraisal procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Prepare periodic reports on appraisal activities for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.

  • Holds a valid MAPPI certificate (mandatory).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property appraisal, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in property valuation methods and market analysis.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
