Job Description :

  • Market credit products to prospective debtors.

  • Analyze and ensure prospective debtors align with the target market and are eligible for further processing.

  • Prepare Credit ProMarketing credit products to potential debtors

  • Analyze, ensure prospective debtors match the target market and can be processed further.

  • Make a Credit Proposal.

  • Carry out the credit process in accordance with the specified corridors and SLA.

  • Manage existing debtors and develop referrals from existing debtors

  • Evaluate debtor quality conditions (credit portfolio, business, collateral), including monitoring aging of arrears.

  • Carry out billing (desk collection and visits) for credit installments.

  • Create and carry out follow-up plans for problem debtors.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum S1 graduate from various disciplines

  • Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the SME or commercial banking marketing sector

  • Have a wide network

  • Having good communication skills

  • High initiative, strong analytical power, persuasive and tenacious (target-driven)
