We would like to inform you of the implementation of funds transfer fees for Universal Savings Account transactions conducted through Teller, E-Form, and Letter of Intent (LoI). The detailed terms and conditions are available in the attached image and will take effect on October 16, 2026.
As a brief overview:
Transfer to another Bank Universal BPR account: Free of charge
Transfer to other banks up to IDR 250,000,000: IDR 5,000 per transaction
Transfer to other banks above IDR 250,000,000: IDR 25,000 per transaction
Please note that all funds transfers made through the Universal Mobile application will remain free of charge. We encourage you to use Universal Mobile to make transactions anytime and anywhere independently, with no transfer fees.
This implementation is part of the Bank's efforts to standardize service fees across all Bank Universal BPR branch offices.
