Jakarta, August 14, 2026 — Bank Universal BPR has once again received a national recognition at the 17th INFOBANK BPR Award 2026. Universal BPR received the Golden Award for consistently achieving the “Very Good” rating for five consecutive years, from 2022 to 2026.

At the same event, Universal BPR also ranked 9th nationally with a “Very Good” rating, based on its 2025 performance in the category of BPRs with assets of IDR 1 trillion and above.

The award was presented by Eko B. Supriyanto, Chairman of Infobank Media Group, together with Tedy Alamsyah, Chairman of DPP Perbarindo, at The St. Regis Jakarta on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Reyhan Satyahadi, President Director of Universal BPR, said that the achievement reflects the company’s consistency in maintaining strong performance and conducting its business prudently.

“This achievement reflects Universal BPR’s consistency in maintaining its performance amid the dynamics of the BPR industry. For us, maintaining the Very Good rating for five consecutive years is inseparable from the implementation of prudent banking principles, measured business management, and the contribution of all Universal BPR employees in providing the best service to our customers,” said Reyhan Satyahadi.

Solid Performance Throughout 2025

The “Very Good” rating achieved by Universal BPR was supported by the company’s performance throughout 2025. In its assessment, Infobank evaluated BPR performance based on various aspects of financial performance and business growth.

In terms of financial performance, Universal BPR recorded total assets of IDR 2.292 trillion and net profit of IDR 35.913 billion throughout 2025.

Asset quality also remained well maintained, with a Gross NPL of 3.93%, below the 5% threshold. Meanwhile, ROE reached 22.52%, reflecting the company’s profitability and effectiveness in managing capital to generate profits.

This achievement serves as one of the foundations for Universal BPR to continue strengthening its business while improving the quality of services provided to customers.

Strengthening Services and Digital Transformation

In line with changing customer needs, Universal BPR continues to develop digital-based services through Universal Mobile. This mobile banking service provides customers with greater convenience in meeting various banking needs, including interbank transfers and real-time balance inquiries.

The strengthening of digital channels goes hand in hand with the support of Universal BPR’s service network, which currently consists of 13 offices across DKI Jakarta, West Java, Banten, West Kalimantan, Jambi, and Riau.

The combination of its physical branch network and digital channels is part of Universal BPR’s efforts to provide customers with easier and more flexible access to banking services.

Driving Sustainable Growth

For Universal BPR, the recognition at the 17th INFOBANK BPR Award 2026 is not only a recognition of its achievements but also an encouragement to continuously maintain the quality of the company’s growth.

With a solid financial foundation, an extensive service network, and continued development of digital channels, Universal BPR will continue its journey as a trusted banking partner for customers and the wider community.

“Going forward, we will focus on strengthening our business fundamentals, accelerating digital transformation, and developing products and services that are increasingly aligned with our customers’ needs. We want Universal BPR’s growth to be reflected not only in business performance but also in the improved experiences and benefits received by our customers,” Reyhan said.
